What You’ll Do:
- Safeguard our networks by ensuring compliance with security protocols and industry standards.
- Oversee Microsoft 365 infrastructure, email migrations, and connectivity improvements.
- Support, configure, and optimize networking devices (firewalls, switches, and routers).
- Monitor and resolve high-level alerts to ensure top-notch network performance.
- Document and maintain up-to-date network diagrams and configurations.
- Collaborate with corporate and regional teams on exciting IT projects.
- Provide after-hours support when emergencies arise.
What We’re Looking For:
- Experience: 5+ years in system administration, with expertise in Windows Server, LAN/WAN/Wi-Fi, and SonicWall firewalls.
- Tech Savvy: Solid knowledge of Microsoft 365, Azure, Exchange, and networking protocols like VLAN, TCP/IP, DHCP, and DNS.
- Problem Solver: A knack for diagnosing issues, crafting network designs, and delivering innovative solutions.
- Team Player: Strong interpersonal skills and a collaborative mindset.
- Self-Starter: Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple projects independently.
